Credit Tenant Lease (CTL) Financing
We have several lenders who provide financing for properties
leased to Credit Tenants. These lenders make loans based on
parameters that differ from the typical permanent loan
structure, which allows the lender to use debt coverage ratios
as low as 1.0x and eliminates loan-to-value constraints.
In addition to first mortgages, Capital Advisors can provide
borrowers with mezzanine financing, preferred equity or A/B
