Clark Jenkins
- Vice President
Mr. Jenkins joined Capital Advisors, Inc. in April 2004.
Mr. Jenkins is a Vice President and is responsible for originating
commercial real estate loans. Mr. Jenkins started as a financial
analyst in 2004 and transitioned to production in 2006.
Prior to joining Capital Advisors, Mr. Jenkins spent two
years as a Financial Analyst at RBC Centura in the Commercial
Markets Group. Mr. Jenkins is a graduate of Virginia Episcopal
School in Lynchburg, VA and received a B.A. in Economics
from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kenan Poole - Vice President
Mr. Poole joined Capital Advisors in December 2011 and is
responsible for originating commercial real estate loans.
Prior to joining Capital Advisors, Mr. Poole was a successful
developer in Raleigh and Cary, North Carolina. Mr. Poole
began his real estate career in 1988 as a commercial leasing
agent in Atlanta and later worked in the Raleigh office
of Shoptaw-James, an Atlanta-based mortgage-banking firm
that was acquired by L.J. Melody/CBRE. Mr. Poole is a graduate
of Woodberry Forest School in Woodberry Forest, Virginia
and obtained a B.A. and Executive MBA from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Poole is a licensed
real estate broker in North Carolina.

John Ackiss - Vice
President
Mr. Ackiss joined Capital Advisors, Inc. in October
2010. He is the Vice President of Investment Advisory &
Sales and is responsible for helping clients with valuation,
strategy, repositioning, acquisition/disposition, and brokerage
services. Prior to Capital Advisors, Mr. Ackiss was with
Fairfield Residential where he led the east coast redevelopment
and repositioning efforts of a 20,000 unit multifamily portfolio.
He graduated from The College of William & Mary with
a B.B.A. in Finance and The University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School with a M.B.A.
in Real Estate. Mr. Ackiss is a licensed real estate broker
in North Carolina.

Cooper Willis - President
Mr. Willis has been with Capital Advisors, Inc. since the
company's inception in March 1994. Prior to Capital Advisors,
Mr. Willis was with First Union Mortgage Corporation (formerly
the Cameron Brown Company) from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Willis
has originated approximately $2.5 billion in debt, is the
recipient of multiple production awards, and has sold numerous
commercial properties. In addition to his position at Capital
Advisors, Mr. Willis is President of Atlantic Beach, Incorporated,
a 65-year-old real estate investment company. Mr. Willis
is a graduate of The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida
and graduated from North Carolina State University in 1991
with a B.A. degree in Business Management. Mr Willis is
a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
