Matt Good - Vice President
Mr. Good has been a commercial mortgage banker since 1998. In the last nine years, Mr. Good has arranged in excess of $750 million in construction and permanent loans with more than 15 different institutional lenders including banks, life insurance companies, securitized lenders and private equity groups. Mr. Good has financed all property types including retail, office, multi-family, industrial, hospitality and self storage. A 1996 graduate of Furman University, Mr. Good holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. While at Furman, Mr. Good also played football for three of his four years. In addition to holding a South Carolina Real Estate License, Mr. Good holds membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas, where he is past Chairman of the Income Property Committee.
