Cooper Willis - President
Mr. Willis has been with Capital Advisors, Inc. since the
company's inception in March 1994. Prior to Capital Advisors,
Mr. Willis was with First Union Mortgage Corporation (formerly
the Cameron Brown Company) from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Willis has
originated approximately $2.5 billion in debt, is the recipient
of multiple production awards, and has sold numerous commercial
properties. Mr. Willis is a
graduate of The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida and graduated
from North Carolina State University in 1991 with a B.A. degree
in Business Management. Mr. Willis has served a variety of civic and charitable organizations, is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.

Shippen Browne - Executive Vice President
Mr. Browne has been with Capital Advisors, Inc. since 1995. Since that time he has been
very active in structuring both debt and equity transactions
with a wide array of capital sources for both public and private
clients. Mr. Browne has been the recipient of numerous "High
Producer" awards from multiple institutions recognizing his
achievements as a seasoned loan originator. Over the years, Mr.
Browne has been associated with and served in various officer
and board positions with numerous civic, social, and charitable
organizations. Mr. Browne graduated from Denison
University in 1995 with a B.A. in both Economics and History.

Ridge Stafford - Vice President
Mr. Stafford is a Vice President and is responsible for
originating commercial real estate loans. He joined Capital
Advisors, Inc. in October 2003. Prior to joining Capital
Advisors, Mr. Stafford spent three years at Wachovia Securities
(formerly First Union Securities) in the area of investment
banking, specifically corporate banking and corporate finance in
the Media & Entertainment group. Prior to Wachovia Securities,
Mr. Stafford began his career with The WM Company, subsidiary of
Deutsche Banc, in Edinburgh, Scotland. Mr. Stafford obtained a
B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the
University of South Carolina.

Riley Skinner – Producer
Mr. Skinner joined Capital Advisors, Inc. in September 2010. Mr. Skinner is a Producer and is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans. He started with the company as a financial analyst where he was responsible for production support, including preliminary underwriting, market research, and financial analysis. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida Mr. Skinner is a graduate of The Bolles School and graduated from Wake Forest University in June 2009 with a B.A. in Business Administration. While at Wake Forest, Mr. Skinner
set several ACC records as a starting quarterback for the
football team. Prior to joining Capital Advisors, Mr. Skinner interned at Skinner Brothers Realty in Jacksonville, Florida and The Blue Ridge Companies in High Point, North Carolina where he shadowed both companies’ presidents in their day-to-day commercial real estate development and management activities.

Alicia Harris - Vice President - Business Development
Ms. Harris joined Capital Advisors in August of 2005.
Ms. Harris is the Vice President of Business Development and is
responsible for the development and administration of
institutional partnerships, corporate marketing strategies, and
the identification and cultivation of new business
relationships. Ms. Harris has had direct involvement in closing
over $2 billion
in commercial loan placements while at the firm. Prior to
joining Capital Advisors and since 1996, Ms. Harris was employed
with Wilson & Nolan Southeast, Inc. before it was acquired by
Laureate Capital. Ms. Harris has held several positions in
commercial mortgage banking, asset management and leasing and
closed out her tenure at Wilson & Nolan as the Director of
Servicing and Loan Closing. Ms. Harris graduated Summa Cum Laude
and first in her class from Oglethorpe University with a B.A. in
Business Administration.

Tonya Jones - Vice President - Loan Closing
Ms. Jones joined Capital Advisors, Inc., in July 2002. She is
the Vice President of Loan Closing and is responsible for
closing commercial loans nationwide and developing current and
new client relationships. Ms. Jones relocated from Jacksonville,
Florida where she was previously employed by ABN AMRO formerly
known as Atlantic Mortgage & Investment Corporation, a
Residential Servicing Company. Ms. Jones has nine years of
experience in Residential Loan Administration and Servicing. She
began her career in commercial real estate with Laureate Capital
as a Loan Closing Coordinator in 2000. Ms. Jones has
successfully completed real estate courses at the Florida Real
Estate Institute, Florida State College at Jacksonville, and
Mingle School of Real Estate. Ms. Jones is actively involved in
Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) and served on the 2010
Board of Directors.

Alexis Pattison - Assistant Vice President - Loan Closing
Ms. Pattison joined Capital Advisors in April of 2013. She is the Assistant
Vice President of Loan Closing, responsible for closing commercial loans
with various lenders. Prior to joining Capital Advisors, Ms. Pattison was
with Lincoln Harris and spent time in both the Brokerage and Property
Management sectors. Ms. Pattison has experience in various aspects of
commercial real estate and has held her North Carolina Brokers License
since 2005. Mr. Pattison obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a
major in Finance and Law from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte.

Mark Ethridge - Financial Analyst
Mr. Ethridge joined Capital Advisors, Inc. in May 2012. Mr. Ethridge is a Financial Analyst and is responsible for production support, including preliminary underwriting, market research, and financial analysis. Prior to joining Capital Advisors, Mr. Ethridge was a brokerage associate for Argos Real Estate Advisors in Charlotte, North Carolina where he specialized in leasing, sales and client reporting. Mr. Ethridge is a graduate of Princeton University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History. While at Princeton, Mr. Ethridge played Varsity Football. Mr. Ethridge is the co-director of the Urban Ministry Center’s Young Professionals Group and sits on the Programs Committee for the Urban Land Institute – Young Leaders.

John Ackiss - Vice
President
Mr. Ackiss joined Capital Advisors, Inc. in October
2010. He is the Vice President of Investment Advisory & Sales and
is responsible for helping clients with valuation, strategy,
repositioning, acquisition/disposition, and brokerage services.
Prior to Capital Advisors, Mr. Ackiss was with Fairfield
Residential where he led the east coast redevelopment and
repositioning efforts of a 20,000 unit multifamily portfolio. He
graduated from The College of William & Mary with a B.B.A. in
Finance and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Kenan-Flagler Business School with a M.B.A. in Real Estate. Mr.
Ackiss is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.

Mariann Hord - Vice President - Corporate Management
Ms. Hord joined Capital Advisors, Inc. in January 2000. Ms. Hord
is the Vice President of Corporate Management and is responsible
for the administration of all human resources, budgeting,
income/expense and operational management of Capital Advisors.
Prior to joining Capital Advisors, Ms. Hord was a financial
analyst and loan closer for the southeast regional office of
Cassidy & Pinkard. Ms. Hord has been in commercial real estate
finance for over 15 years.

Brian Montgomery - Senior Vice President - Loan Servicing
Mr. Montgomery joined Capital Advisors, Inc. in June 2001. He is Senior
Vice President and Servicing Manager. Mr. Montgomery has over 27
years of commercial mortgage experience including both
origination and servicing with some of the country’s largest
financial institutions in Ohio, California and North Carolina.
He has spent the past 15 years in loan servicing within the
Correspondent lending network. Mr. Montgomery is a 1980 graduate
of Miami University – Ohio.

Chuck Wooddy - Vice President - Loan Servicing
Mr. Wooddy joined Capital Advisors Inc. in December 2009 as
a Vice President in Asset Management. Mr. Wooddy’s primary
responsibilities include financial analysis, property
inspections, special requests from Borrowers and Lenders and
reserve account administration for the servicing department. Mr. Wooddy
has over 20 years experience in financial services. Prior to
joining Capital Advisors he was an Assistant Vice President –
Production Analyst with the CTL Product Group for NorthMarq
Capital in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Wooddy also worked with
Grandbridge Capital f/k/a Laureate Capital as an Assistant Vice
President - Asset Manager in the servicing department. He
graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1988.
